The first day of the program is for you to choose which exercise you want to do. It can be the classic triceps press, biceps curl, or the reverse biceps press. The exercise you choose will be the one you will do in the whole 30 days of the program. The number of sets and reps is indicated for each exercise. Each set is done for a certain number of repetitions. After completing the exercise, you will rest for a few seconds. Then you will do the next exercise. This way, you will not get tired.
